How many venues are there? What's the difference?
There are two garden venues: the Emerald Garden and The Diamond Garden. They are perfectly symmetrical in terms of design, area and facilities. The Emerald Garden is on the sunset side (left) and the Diamond Garden in on the sunrise side (right).
What is the capacity?
100 - 350, both venues: 350 - 700 (wedding or debut)
100 - 400, both venues: 400 - 800 (corporate event)
Up to 500, both venues: 500 - 1000 (theatre layout)
How many hours is the venue rental?
5 hours.
Are the venues air-conditioned?
The lobby, garden venues, suite rooms and restrooms are air-conditioned.
How many parking slots are there?
We provide over 160 complimentary parking slots. The parking area is fully cemented and is located within the secured property of the Glass Garden. Parking areas are also separate for each garden venue.
Do you provide Food and Venue Packages?
Yes we provide Food and Venue Packages for wedding receptions, debuts, corporate events, seminars, kiddie parties, proms and school gatherings as well as standard lunch and dinner packages. Menus and package inclusions may vary depending on your chosen caterer.
For how many persons are the packages?
A minimum of 100 to 150.
Do you provide packages that include other suppliers?
We also offer Comprehensive Packages for weddings and debuts. This is inclusive of Venue Rental, Lunch or Dinner Buffet with Catering Amenities, Bridal or Debutante's Gown, On the Day Coordination, Photo and Video Coverage, Photobooth, Professional Lights and Sounds, LCD Projector and Screen.
What are our ceiling decor options?
Complimentary standard ceiling drapes in off-white are provided. Optional ceiling upgrades such as Japanese Lanterns, Crystal Chandeliers, Hanging Crystals and Carousal Drapes are offered to accommodate varying themes and preferences.
Is there a corkage fee when we bring in non-accredited suppliers?
None. However for non-accredited caterers, a corkage fee will apply.
Is there a corkage fee for roasted pork and beef "lechon", mobile bar and alcoholic beverages?
None.
Is there an electrical charge if we bring in an LCD projector, photographers, videographers or photobooths?
None.
Is there an electrical fee for live band set-up, mobile set-up and par lights?
An electrical fee will apply.
Do you provide a generator set?
We provide a 325 KVA generator set at no extra charge in case of any power interruption.
What is the morning event schedule?
Morning events are from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Is there a room provided for outfit changes or retouch of make-up?
Usage of the suite rooms during the event proper is included.
Do you provide overnight accommodations?
We do not provide rooms for overnight stay.
Is a dance floor provided?
The flooring is danceable, constructed from non-skid tiles.
Is there a stage provided?
We provide complimentary use of 6 panels (8x4x1 ft) for the stage.
What is included in the basic sound system?
We provide 4 microphones, channel mixer with 4 input plugs, 8 surrounding speakers, 2 subwoofers, DVD/ MP3 player, amplifier and equalizer with technician.
Is Glass Garden handicapped-friendly?
Yes, from the parking to the lobby, garden venue and restrooms, we provide ramps as well as hand railings.
Are the plants real?
Yes, all the plants are natural.
Do you accept pencil bookings?
No, we accept reservations on a first come first serve basis only.
How much is the reservation fee?
Reservation is PHP 10,000.00/ venue in order to block your desired date. This amount will be deducted from the total venue rate.
Reservation for the Food and Venue Package is PHP 20,000.00/ venue.
